Rain, Rain, Go Away... DIY Umbrella Day ♡

DIY Umbrella {via} Design Love Fest

Personally, I have never liked rain. Don't get me wrong, I have always enjoyed watching thunderstorms *indoors only*, but me outside in the rain? Not happening. This week has been full of rain and strong winds. So glad this week and horrendous weather is over! The weekend should be a bit sunnier and warmer - phew!
Okay, enough with the ranting! Rain isn't always such a bad thing because where there is rain, there is umbrellas! What rainy day outfit isn't complete with a cute umbrella as your accessory?! Forget the plain umbrellas and make your own with this great DIY I found via pinterest.

How adorable are these polka dot umbrellas? I especially like the black with white polka dots - look at the pink heart! Too cute!! Such a great project to do during a rainy day outside!

Yeswalker Shoe Review + GIVEAWAY @ JessicaWho

Hi everyone! Hope your week has been a pleasant one so far!

Today I wanted to introduce a wonderful online shop called Yeswalker {site here}. This shop primarily sells shoes and handbags, mostly at an affordable price. Their pieces are super on trend and get this, with every pair you buy, you get a free pair PLUS free shipping! How amazing is that? After spending what seemed to be an endless amount of time browsing their selection - a great one at that, I finally decided on a pair of strappy heels. I've seen similar variations of these shoes all around the blogging network, as well as in Zara. So I figured, I had to have them.

Material: Faux Leather
Colour Option: Beige or Black

These shoes are comfortable enough to wear as the heel isn't too skinny. Granted, if you aren't used to wearing heels, they might be a bit tricky to balance on at first. I don't find the height too high at all; I could definitely wear these throughout the day and/or night. These heels are a huge win. I can be on my feet all night without worrying about the painful agony some other heels cause my poor feet!

The material isn't too bad. Of course, for the price, you can't expect real leather so with the BOGO offer, they are such a steal (they will literally cost you $25)! I love this type of heel. You know, the ones that can be dressed up or down and still look fabulous?! In this look, I paired them with an outfit I would wear to work. I attempted to keep the outfit neutral to help the snakeskin textured heel to pop.

Sizing is always tricky online. These shoes fit true to size. I actually purchased a half size up and they are slightly too big for me, but I wanted to make sure they fit rather than having them too snug! Luckily, the strap helps keep my ankles in place. I absolutely fell in love with the beige, but they were sold out of my size! I'm pretty confident I'll be purchasing the beige ones when new stock arrives!

All in all, I would purchase from this site again. I love their selection and their buy one get one free deal. In fact, there are a few bags I love and will probably be buying them soon time! {see here and here} I can't complain about shipping either, they were surprisingly fast considering they ship from Asia!

What do you think? Would you wear these heels?
